Can only see it when the screen is a solid dark color. Could this be an LCD problem? A ribbon connection problem? Or (gasp!) a mobo problem? Which is most likely?

I saw this on a old Sony Vaio the issue was with the ribbon cable needing to be replaced. I'm not sure if its the same for apple as it was for the Sony but the photo looked exactly the same problem wise Ed
