I just bought a 15" 1.5Ghz Combo today (bought new 3/2005 - I think that is a Rev D?) and plugged it in to charge when I got home. The ring light stayed green, so I powered up and the battery indicator doies indeed show that it is charging and at 70% currently, yet the ring stays green.

I had the same issue with my iBook. It was the beginning of me needing to have the card which recieves charges in my iBook replaced. Call Apple ASAP and they will fix it for free if you are still under warranty. But you will need to bring it in.

Please, please, PLEASE don't tell me that! I just bought this pb this afternoon, and it is about 2 days past the warranty. I knew that it had the battery recall and lower ram slot recall issues, but those can be handled outside of warranty. I don't need anything else.
