15.5 notifications

I updated to 15.5 last night, iPhone XS-Max, since then I only get notifications from Messages.
Is there anything I need to do to get the notifications back?

I had the same issue. A restart fixed it.

I've tried to restart and it won't do anything. Matter of fact I just discovered that even the Messages notifications are sporadic.

I tried signing out of Apple ID and rebooting and I'm still not getting the notifications.

I've been having major notification issues for the last week or two and was hoping the update this morning would fix things, but so far no difference. iMessage is instant, some apps like WhatsApp have delays of several minutes to several hours, some apps like Facebook, Outlook, Snapchat I'm not getting anything at all (I don't use Snap much and saw I had multiple things from 3-7 days ago I never knew about). It's driving me mad.

I've tried everything all day. This is not a carrier issue.
Pure iPhone stuff.
Hate this.
Impossible to rely on this phone if notifications don't work.
