15" MBP4,1 has a repeated vibrating noise

My 15" MBP4,1 has this annoying vibrating noise in it, it sounds like it's the hard drive maybe? It's on the right side.

Or perhaps it's the fan? in fact it sounds like a dog panting, but with a vibration sound.

Anyone know why?

Could be the fan flicking against a wire or the fan of some other component squeaking while moving. Sorry, I don't have much more of an idea of what it could be, take in into the Apple store and have them check it out if its bothering you...
