iPhone 15/Plus 15 Plus vs. 14 Plus

Anyone have/tried both of these phones? They look identical, and on paper the 15 Plus seems to be a bit lighter, but for some reason in the hand the 15 Plus seems chunkier. Illusion?

The phone is slightly thicker so that could be the reason why.
