All you know is that a camera (what kind?) captured people IRL, and also captured an image from an emissive display. The image signal processing of the mystery camera and/or the resulting editing skewed the IRL image from the display image.
You are looking at a screenshot of a camera recording an iPhone, of course that saturation and color correction will be off and not an accurate representation of the iPhone 15 screen
True, I don't know anything other than that the skin tones on every iPhone since the iPhone 8 have looked similar to this. I hope they have fixed it for this line of iPhones.
