Hi everyone
I'm thinking of putting a 2.5" 15mm thick Hard drive into my '12 MBP. Looking around amazon and it seems CD caddy's will only fit 12.7mm drives.

I'm new here so is it possible?

Thanks,

My guess (and it's only "a guess) is that this isn't going to work.

Best option is to look for a drive with the correct form factor.

Other than that, get a good-sized hammer!

Thanks Fishrrman,
Your right, so I guess 2tb drive (7mm) will be the limit.
