Only when using firefox (official, not community builds).
sometimes moving the mouse cursor or typing causes horizontal lines 50% wider than the underscore character to flicker at the top edge of the window. I use alot [sic] of tabs. Screenshot cannot capture it. Other people have witnessed it.
Is this is me-only issue?
