While it is pretty much little more than an XBox 360 knockoff, it is made by Samsung and sports pretty good specs for a controller that uses BT 3.0 for connection.

If it turns out to be a good piece of kit (after reviews are out) and the price remains low for North American dollars, Euros, Pounds and Oceana currencies, I could def see it selling well. (And if it works with Microsoft hardware!!)

Xiaomi isn't even trying to cover up their theft anymore. What a joke of a company.

Doesn't seem that there's much to steal, maybe the layout of the directional pad and joy sticks. I mean it's a black controller at the end of the day.

Agreed. So a brand new car manufacturer builds its first model. It has a hood, a trunk, four wheels, a sloped windshield, a sloped back window, doors that open out sideways, a moon roof, and is offered in Gray, black, red, and white.

"OMG, they copied the rest of the auto industry and leveraged the standard look of a sedan"

Right? So is that why the PS4 and XBox controllers look identical? Oh wait...

Also Xiaomi's power banks are quite inexpensive and well-reviewed. Xiaomi is a reputable brand. They are one of the most popular Chinese brands with QUALITY similar to Oppo.

Um, "Chinese" and "quality" are two words that never go together.

It is made by SAMSUNG, Xiaomi doesn't have a production line for these controllers.

btw the Chinese hate is pretty big on this forum.

Well when you make a living off of knockoffs, ripoffs, and cheap garbage, that's what you get.

There is a reason why Chinese goods based upon Chinese Intellectual property, manufactured by Chinese companies can't get much traction outside of China.

The blatant copying, and shoddy quality reputation didn't come out of no where.

so whats wrong with changhong tv's?

pretty damn good for the price

huawei / xiaomi phones seem pretty well rated - only problem seems to be potential IP violation, which has nothing to do with quality

this controller is already better than an xb controller because it doesnt use some stupid proprietary wireless comms - PS4 controller works on pc/android/ios (w/ jailbreak)

Samsung is a South Korea based company, so this product is "Chinese" as much as an iPhone is Chinese.

Not relevant to what I wrote. Certainly not a counter point.

The Chinese having the reputation they have is completely earned and deserved.

There's only so many ways you can design a controller if you want it to be even remotely ergonomic. If it didn't look like the Xbox controller people would say it looked like the Dualshock.

They make great products, no doubt this will make the same impression like the piston headphones did for the price.

Yeah I don't see any resemblance at all between the Range Rover Evoque and Land Wind 7.
