If I put it to sleep, it will randomly wake up a few minutes later no matter what I do.

This never happened on my Intel Mac’s.

Anyone knows how to fix this?

Just a long shot, but is anything hooked up via USB? I have an external keyboard and mouse (Mac wired) that I've used for many years and when they are hooked up, my MBP exhibits the same behavior. As soon as I disconnect, the Mac stays asleep.

Yes, but I don’t think is the solution because my 16” M1 Max MBP was able to sleep fine with external keyboard / Mouse / SSD’s attached in the past.

Hi - it does happen to intel macs. Mine randomly stays on or re-opens, even after shutting the lid thinking I shut everything down only to open it a few hours later where it is hot and still running!. Apple has not found a solution and I am requesting a new laptop. I am in touch with Apple waiting for a resolution. My MacBook pro is an Intel I9 purchased in 2021 with 32 GB.
