16" MacBook Pro (M1 Max) Battery Health 90% after only 37 cycles?!

Is this reasonable? I feel like I've hardly used the machine and started using Al Dente a month ago as I noticed it was at 92%, so I started limiting charge to 80%, but it's gone down a further 2%.

Optimised charging has been switched ON since day one.

Now when I do work on battery power, I worry that it won't last as long on a single charge

That doesn't seem right, maybe run a calibration cycle in Al Dente and see if it reports differently?

AlDente instructions say turn off Apple Optimised Battery Charging.

Are your 90% and 92%, the Apple numbers or from a third party app like Coconut?
