17" PB Problem

While playing a game with the 17" power book, and holding the "w" key it makes a terrible whine sound. Any clues?

He's most likely using the wasd configuration for moving around in a first person shooter. W is forward, A is left, S is right, and D is backward.

Sorry, I never addressed your question. I have a 17" PB and also have Halo. I have not noticed any sound when using the W key.
