You can't decide "best" by brand. Samsung has one model of RAM that is compatible, and 100's more models that aren't. Ditto with Kingston, Crucial, Hynix, Infineon, Micron, etc.
Also, there is NO performance difference between compatible RAM modules. Brand A cannot be faster than brand B becase the Mac sets the speed, not the RAM.
If you want the lowest risk and highest success rate, go with a reputable vendor who tests and guarantees compatibility with your model Mac. They should offer a lifetime warranty, and a no-cost return/replacement (no shipping or restocking charges) if it doesn't work. MR readers often recommend (In the USA) Crucial, OWC and Data Memory Systems.
