Hi,

I have 2 iPhone apps in the store.
Today, I saw a weird thing was on my iTunes sales report.

It listed that 190 people had downloaded my game, but it listed it at 0.00 for the cost .My app has a price of $1.99.
How is this possible?

Thanks for your help.

Looks like you just updated your app. People who download the update aren't charged, but it still shows on your financial report. Looks like 190 people updraded to version 1.1.

Every download (including updates that are free to people who've already paid) shows up on iTunes connect. So, don't worry friend.

line mistake

My iTunes sales receipt lists that Wikiamo (a free app) cost me 7.99, and Stage Hand cost me 0.00. It is obvious that this was a simple mix up in which app was free and which was not. So this may be the issue you are having, just on the supplier side. Do your net sales match up correctly?

I had the same concern when my update came out, but it was 3,000+ downloads for free!

If you look at the Product Identifier, 1 is a new sale, 7 is a free upgrade.

It was a product identifier 7.
Thanks to everyone who helped.
