Did not want to hijack any 1Password thread. I use 1Password on my Mac and would like to use it my IPad and IPhone. I have not added the app because it appears that 1Password requires you to use their internet browser verses Safari. Is this correct?

Yes. Apple doesn't allow third parties to mingle with their native apps.
But, you can use 1Passwords browser or just do a copy and paste.

This.

If we could integrate with Safari we would. It's just not possible in any real meaningful way.

Hopefully Apple opens things up a little in the future. For the record, the browser in our app is Safari, just less the JIT (Just In Time) Nitro JS engine. Same as Chrome and Atomic Web Browser, and other browsers on iOS.

I usually forget that 1Password has its own browser and just copy and paste my login info into Safari. It's a little bothersome, but works just fine.

Appreciate the responses and makes me feel better about adding 1Password to my IPad and IPhone.

The Android app rewrite is on its way, but it still has work to be done.

There's no way to integrate with Chrome, much in the same way as Apple and Safari.

Does Chrome for Android support apps and extensions?
Chrome apps and extensions are currently not supported on Chrome for Android. We have no plans to announce at this time.
