Saw information on its implementation on the iPhone and due to limitiations, it requires its own browser. Ugly.

Its webkit. The same webkit that Safari uses. And given that Safari is fairly minimal in the chrome and feature-set, it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

Is their site down (or at least partially). Tried to watch the video and it would not load. Then tried to download the Mac version and get a page error (Http/1.1 Service Unavailable).

1Password uses Safari! Not sure where you got that info - I think in the comments area someone asked about that but it definitely uses Safari! :)

Can someone describe what this does in layman's terms and better than the developer can on his website? Suppose his walkthrough was a bit confusing and probably for folks who are already using his product. I am now looking for something to hold passwords, bank accounts, etc. since Apple's address book software and the iPhone's contacts has no security/password option for individual contacts. Thanks
