Apple sent me an approval email November 22nd and said to wait for the shipping materials to send in my 1st Generation Nano, but it still hasn't arrived. How long is it supposed to take and who can I contact at Apple about this?

reading from the other threads about this, some have been waiting from the initial email of the recall and still no box.

sit tight.

I read those after I already posted this, sorry for jumping the gun. I was hoping to have had this resolved before Christmas, guess it was wishful thinking.

My Apple shipping "envelope" finally arrived today, so I packed up my Nano and sent it off.

Don't worry I got mine last week as well. I requested my box the day after I saw the recall. My status still says that apple shipped a box to me and that is it. I called Apple about the issue and they said they were really low stock on the return boxes. I hate to see how many people had first gen IPODS.:apple::apple::apple::apple:

I put my request in nov 14 and got my package last week. Sent it in Tuesday, but it's still showing as service requested?
