2.13GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor equivalent to 2.0 GHz Pentium 4?

Hi everyone. I am new to this forum so if I make any mistakes please forgive me. I would like to run Nvivo 9 program on the latest MBA. Requirement recommended for this program is:

Processor : 2.0 GHz Pentium 4-compatible processor or faster
Memory : 2 GB RAM or more
Display : 1280 x 1024 screen resolution or higher
Operating System : Microsoft Windows 7
Hard Disk : Approximately 2 GB of available hard-disk space – or
more depending on data storage needs.
Other : Internet connection

I am eyeing MBA 11 inch 1.63GHz/4 gig Ram (simply love the small screen) or MBA 2.13 GHz/4 gig Ram. Anyone knows which puppy is suitable?

Even the 1.4GHz C2D is WAY FASTER than a 2GHz Pentium 4.

Pentium 4 is a single core Core 2 Duo is dual core (2 Processors on one die)

Pentium 4 = Donkey
Core 2 Duo = Car
Core i5,i7 = Plane
