My 2.16 ghz MacBook Pro shipped last night (Feb 20th) with an estimated FedEx delivery date of this Friday! 
This is big news (for me any way) because Apple originally said it would take 3-4 weeks to ship the newer 2.16ghz model.

I originally ordered the 1.83 ghz (now 2.0ghz) model but upgraded to 2.16 ghz because part of me figured that if I was one of the "first in line" to order a 2.16ghz model, then I might get this CTO order faster than competing with all the 1.83 and 2.0 ghz CTO orders.
I might have been right because my girl friend ordered a 1.83 ghz CTO model at the same time as me but her's still has a Feb 28th ship date.
