2.72gb is only being used by my win7 on bootcamp. anyway to make it use my full 4gb memory?

^ What he said. A 32-bit OS won't see any amount of RAM beyond just shy of 3GB. Annoying? Yes. Unavoidable? No, you just need a 64-bit OS.
