2.8ghz or 2.4ghz using Windows?

I am going to purchase a 24" iMac, not sure if the 2.8ghz is worth the money. Would the faster processor help when using Windows programs in Parallels or Bootcamp? I plan on 2gb of ram which seems worth the money but $250 for the .4gz increase doesn't seem worthwhile. Where is the big advantage with the faster processor?
