My parents have just shocked me by walking in with a new 40" tv and they then asked me about getting another appletv for this new tv. I have over 150 films etc in my current iTunes library and I don't want to have to duplicate all this content. Will 2 atvs using the same library cause any problems?

I think Apple has said 5 ATV's will be supported per iTunes, but it has been proven that you can go far beyond this.

Should have no problems.

EDIT: You will see them as different devices in your iTunes list just as you do with iPods, etc.

yes...

when you setup the second one just rename it so you know which is which.

I have 2 now... bedroom and livingroom..

flawless and so easy and fast to setup ... everything just works so nice with them.

watching both at the same time is no problem at all... no hicups or slow starts etc... they just work.
