I was using my iPhone today under the bright sun and noticed something I hadn't noticed before. At the top of the glass on the front of the phone above the little speaker there is a very faint little circle and a long oval next to it. I got a little woried cause I thought they could be defects in the glass or something but the circle and the oval are to perfect and alligned to be mistakes. I also thought it could be the sensor that lets the iphone know its close to your face for the screen to turn off.

Does anyone else have the same two circles? You have to hold the phone under a bright light and check on this area of the phone:

I hope everyone else has it too and it's not something messed up with mine. :(

It's funny you posted this, I saw the exact same thing today when walking to my car during my lunch break. I'm quite sure they are two sensors...which sensors they are...I have no idea. But yeah, they are only visible under a very bright light.

relax, those are the proximity sensor and ambient light sensor. cover it while calling someone, it'll turn the screen off.

*sigh of relief* I thought so. I got a little worried cause I had always thought the whole area around the screen was just pure black and then I see these things and I'm like wait, those weren't there before haha.

funny funny funny... I noticed it for the first time today and had all the same thoughts reactions and them realizations.
