2 different iCloud user account names on single iPhone

On my iPhone SE 2022 (iOS 17.3.1) 2 different iCloud user account names are shown. The one in the settings app is the right one, Anon iCloud account. The one in the app store is the wrong one. How is that possible?

I already did a restart of my iPhone but it didn't help.

You can have two different IDs set up. I have a different Apps store account to my iCloud ID.

If you want them to be the same, open the App Store, User icon in the top right, scroll all the way down and click sign out and sign in with the account you want to appear there.

A log-out-log-in fixed the issue.

However they both had the same e-mail. So still remarkable.
