Currently I have 2 iPhone 11 Pros, one for the US and one for Germany. My German iPhone has a German-based AppleID, which I need to access the Vodafone CallYa phone app since it's not available in the US AppStore.

Does anyone know from experience if I can do this on 1 phone instead of 2? For example, if I sign into my US iPhone with my German AppleID to download the app and then switch back to my US AppleID, will I still have access to the Vodafone app?

To make this matter even worse, I have 3 phones total at the moment and it's too complicated for me to manage everything on different devices.

You don`t need 2 Phones for that. For me, I have an European AppleID but for some Apps which are not available in my Country I have an US and PH AppleID. I jusdt need to login to these for a new App Download and then switch back to my regular Account. All Apps get updated automatically without any problems. This is working for years already.

Do whichever makes sense to your situation.

Some have an iPhone per country/carrier. Others have an Apple ID per country's App Store.

Just use one ID. Switch the country on that ID, download the apps, and switch back. Everything works and most people do it that way.
