Having only 1 phone I am not sure, but can't you sync more than one phone to iTunes and load purchases apps?

Yes, my wife and I use the same itunes account and we "share" programs. Not sure about Jailbreak only apps as hers is not JB.

Oh, I hadn't thought of that. I guess you cannot share JB apps like app store apps.
