I would like advice as to whether it is possible to link an employees iphone calender to my mobile me account. What i'm trying to achieve is a simple timesheet/hrs worked and on what. Does any one know if and how this is possible?
Many thanks in advance.

Wirelessly posted (iPhone 4: Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_2_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8C148 Safari/6533.18.5)

I believe he would need to sync his phone calendar with a cloud based calendar like MM or Google Calendar or Windiws Live calendar Etc. And then share that calendar with others.

You would have to create a separate calendar in your MobileMe which he could enter data to from his iPhone which you could then view on MobileMe web or an iDevice etc. Problem I can see is they will have access to all your MobileMe data - other calendars, email etc, ok you can turn those services off on his phone in the settings, but they can be turned on again without the password.

Maybe better to set a google or other calendar up separate from your main account.

If you have the Mobile Me Family Pack (5 users) you can set up the person with their own MM account that they set up on their iphone. Then create a Work Calendar that you share with them. They will only see what is on that calendar and not the rest of your calendars and you can see their entries.

We have been testing this out at home and I am going to create one for my secretary so she can update my appts.

I just posted about a bug that is occurring with the time, but hopefully it will be fixed.
