Any iTunes experts out there...

Is there a way to create a Smart Playlist so that it always has the newest songs I add to my library? I have the same song across multiple playlists, and if I just select the "Convert to AAC" option, and I am adding multiple songs, I don't know where to find it. I've created a "Just Added" playlist, but I wanted to know if i could leverage the Smart Playlist feature.

I would also like to keep a "Top 10" and randomize the rest of a playlist. So if I had 100 songs, I would only want #11-100 shuffled. Aside from the On-To-Go feature on the iPod, has this be replicated in iTunes?

You could add a smart playlist where
[Date Added] [is in the last] # [days]

This will give you the list of songs added with the specified number of days. You can also specify weeks and months.
