I have 2 separate iTunes libraries. One has roughly 6000 songs and the other the larger one has copies of the smaller plus many more.

Is there an app that will compare the two and allow me to delete the duplicates from the larger library? Or just an easy way to do it?

Doesn't iTunes do this? Or maybe it just shows the duplicates and you have to delete them yourself.

It finds duplicates in a single library. I want something to compare the two and find the duplicates between them.

I've not used it, but I know there is a program called Supersync that I think can do this.

Again though, I haven't used it, so don't look at me if it hoses up your libraries!
