2 newbie questions

Hey guys. Sorry if you Think my questions are stupid but I don't know much about these things.
1) iv seen some ppl discuss the screen differences between two different kind of screen models on the MBA 13". Is the difference so big and would you replace it if you get the "bad" one?
2) how can I run windows on my new MBA ? Iv got an orginal xp disk from when I used pc is it possible to use that? If " yes" how should I install it? If "no" how should get windows on my MBA ?
How is the best way of getting windows at all?
The ONLY reason why I need windows is because of the program called "onenote". So if any of you know how to get that to OS I would be pleased!!!
