2 Newsstands?

I upgraded my original iPad to IOS 5. All seemed fine until I noticed I had 2 newsstand apps, each on a separate page. And if you try to move one, the other disappears (but its "space" is saved). Switch pages and the other returns to its previous page. Then I made the mistake of putting it in my app bar at the bottom. Now I can't get it out of there.

I have reset, restarted, rebooted, and restored this iPad. Any ideas?
