iPod 2 (or more) iTunes libraries, 1 iPod

Sorry if this has already been answered, I searched the forum and didn't find anything:

I have 2 iTunes libraries for organizational purposes that I do not want to merge, and will not consider merging. However, I do want to be able to put the music from both libraries onto 1 iPod.

I'm sure it's possible somehow.

Suggestions?
