2 Questions about COD 4 from the App store

Im sorry if these questions have been asked before (im guessing they have) but

1) If i buy COD4 from the App store will i get MP? Ive read conflicting reports that some people can play online and some cant.

2) Anyway i could hook up my PS3 controller (I know you PC gamers will hate me for that but its just the way i grew up playing)

The game includes the multiplayer.

They fixed the punkbuster issue which caused no servers to show up.

I've got a controller hooked up to my computer as well. That's how I play nowadays.

The patch also fixed the problem that prevented MAS versions from playing modded servers.
