2 questions: ebay and hotmail

Hiya.

I was wondering if anyone else gets "Unable to verify certificate for cb1.msn.com" windows when they navigate to the hotmail sign-in page? Whenever I click "show certificate" and then "always trust" this seems to have no effect as I still get warned about the certificate..

And also.. does anyone know of any eBay listing tools that work on the mac? I find these infinitely preferable to doing it all online.

Cant say I've had this happen to me. What browser are you using? Why not try another one - Safari, Firefox, Opera, etc.

Cant help about the ebay listing, I did a quick google but it looks like theres very little available.

Hiya. Yeah I'm using safari. It's not a huge problem as I can just click cancel and it works but I was just checking to see if it was a recognised problem.

Using Safari and hotmail works fine for me. Haven't been to that page since httpmail got updated for Tiger! I get all my viagra spam delivered directly into my inbox now

Wow, awesome link Hector the eBay to iCal program looks very interesting!

To jhomayne it does strike me as odd that you are the only one unfortunate enough to experience this problem. The only thing I can think of is backing up your Bookmarks, backing them up AGAIN (just to be safe!), then trashing the preferences for Safari, repairing permissions etc. The usual things.

I had that for a little while, now hotmail only intermittently works with Safari 2, or even IE, Firefox, anything.

If anyone has any idea how to fix this, I'd also appreciate the help.

I get the same thing when I try and log into Hotmail using Safari. 2 or 3 popups telling me that the certificate is no good blah blah. Did anyone ever find a fix for this? It seems to happen on both my Powerbook and my mom's Lombard....
