Hello, I currently have an iPhone 5. I am trying to get DOWNGRADED from iOS7, to iOS6.

I ALSO am trying to extract pictures from the iPhone backups I have both on iCloud and on my computer.

I am willing to PAY anyone who is able to do this for me. A Paid gig if you can help.

This is not possible. You cannot downgrade an iPhone 5.

As stated, no downgrade possible.

I would bet a quick Google search will provide a utility to extract the pictures from your backups.
