Hi all -

I'm a little confused, maybe someone could help me (or i could just wait until July). Are apple stores selling the iphone w/ att/cingular contract, or are they selling an unlocked or unactivated phone?

Bottom line - i'm going to resign with att/cingular, and i've been waiting until this release. Will i get a better price at the att store with a contract, or should i go to the apple store and get the phone unlocked (i'll be traveling) for the same price?

I was thinking that with a 2 yr contract the iphone would be cheaper at the att/cingular store, but i suppose if apple stores are selling with the contract, there's no difference....

any help would be appreciated

According to reports, all phones will require a 2 year contract.
