Hi there, was just browsing my iPhone today and noticed that there was a £20.99 application - I heard it was rumored for quite a while that Apple were bringing in more expensive applications, although this is the first sighting I have ever seen of it.

It is an application for the revision and studying of "general surgery procedures"

The app "Zollinger's Atlas of Surgical Operations" has four different versions, all at the price of £20.99 STG.

One review was made for the app

"An excellent guide to most basic surgical procedures"

Sorry if I'm just stupid, but I believe this is something new.

Uhh...do you realize that you could always charge that much (actually up to $999.99.) This is not the new premium apps the was rumored earlier this year.

Apple doesn't decide what the app costs. The person/company that makes it does.
