Here are the temperatures i got from Temperature Monitor. I was wondering if these are good? Im just trying to get an idea on what temp my machine should be running around. Is there a good fan control i could use so when im planning games that i can turn the fan up to help keep it cool.

Well...it very much depend from what activity your Mac is doing (i.e. browsing internet, photoshopping, looking at DVDs etc.). A bit warm IMHO......I would suggest smcfancontrol to get your Mac's fans working at the rpms needed in any moment.

Cheers

My machine is a :apple: iMac 20" 2.4Ghz C2D 320GB drive like yours but with only 2GB RAM, I have attached a screenshot of my temps from iStat Pro, when I took the screenshot I had Safari, Mail and Dashboard Running.
