Everytime I watch YouTube (or video in general) the videos always look way too pixelated. I have never had this problem before (with Windows PCs) so I was wondering is there a way to fix this? Since the iMac uses integrated memory if I upgrade the memory from 2 gigs to 4 gigs will that help?

Bandwidth is to blame... not the iMac and ESPECIALLY NOT THE RAM! It also could be your YouTube settings. Check to make sure you have your account set to High Quality.
