2008 8 Core MacPro Won't Go to Sleep.

I'm not sure if this tread was posted by someone but I can't find that so i'm posting my own. I have a Mac Pro 2008 a problem with it. I have my system preferences on energy saver computer sleep 10 min / display sleep 10 min.
The display does go to sleep after 10 min BUT! the computer won't go to sleep... Using the Apple Up right corner to put it to sleep works fine. Just the problem with energy saver. I read some posts that people with dropbox having to disable LAN sync fixes the problem. Well I don't use dropbox. PLEASE HELP!!!

• If your Mac isn't sleeping properly and you have gfxCardStatus installed, try uninstalling it.

All I can say is that the issue will be fixed in future update.
