Looking to replace a busted subwoofer/speaker (right one) for my late 2008 macbook unibody. I have seen very few available online, the cheapest being $50 new, is there any other websites or vendors you know of who have more affordable replacement speakers? The laptops or selling for $300 range on ebay so the speakers seem relatively expensive.

I would say try Powerbookmedic as I've gotten lots of parts for very cheap over the years, including a speaker for a Late 2008 MacBook ironically. But it's out of stock there, along with iFixit and many others.

However, I did see one on eBay for $18.
