2008 MacPro 3,1 USB3 Upgrade

Just trying to figure out what I might do to push my early 2008 MacPro out another few years. Currently running Mavericks and Win7 in Bootcamp. I've done RAM, now at 14Gs, and VidCard, 5770, with new 7200 HD on the way. Was thinking an upgrade to USB3 and Sata3 might be worthwhile. After Googling for a couple hours seems that the CalDigit card might be the best shot. Did see a card by Inatek that looked pretty good, and a lot cheaper. Any advise would be appreciated. TKS
