2009 iMac has two Recovery hdd icons in boot manager!

Hi. All of a sudden my 2009 imac is showing two Recovery hdd icons when I boot it with Option key pressed, screen shot attached. Also, there is now a desktop icon called Recovery HD that I don't remember being there before. I think they both showed up after I did a NVRAM reset but I'm not sure. Could this have been caused by the NVRAM reset? If not, does anyone have any idea why it now has two Recovery icons & if it means anything, like a problem or not?

Other than that it seems to be working just fine!
