Practically every site will cover Apple's "It's Only Rock and Roll" event today. Since there is no official spoiler-free thread, I figured we'd be better off at least bookmarking this thread tonight so we can watch the keynote without knowing what will be announced. The link will be posted in this thread as soon as soon as it's available, or MacRumors could make this the official thread so we can bookmark this now.

Yeah but that thread is in the site feedback section asking for the spoiler free page to be put up.
in that thread they have posted something along the lines of, "Lets use this one until there is an official thread" (which there probably wont be

I created this thread since I really liked being able to watch the keynotes without knowing what will happen. It makes it that much better since you'll probably watch it anyway. I was hoping that I could bookmark this and somebody would post a link to the (late) official thread. Otherwise, anybody that still wants to see the keynote without knowing what will happen is better off just following this unofficial thread. I'm not planning to post the link to the keynote, so I'm hoping that somebody could post the direct link to the keynote when it's released, since I wanted to see it spoiler-free. I will update the first post, though, when somebody posts a valid direct link to the keynote.
It seems that you can't even browse the App Store without a mild spoiler. Has the keynote been released yet? If anything, it's practically always released by 8pm EST, though it used to be released earlier. Hopefully someone will post a direct link to the keynote as soon as it is released.
That's why I have neither checked email nor gone to the apple.com nor the iTunes Store. I tried to be vigilante in my internet usage and thought that cnn.com would be a safe site to view. I was wrong when I saw this big image on their homepage. You can subscribe to the Apple Keynote podcast but they release the keynotes a day after the fact.
mine says 24 min... looks like i get to watch the whole thing before you get to see the opening credits. lol
