Is $2239 a good price for 2009 Nehalem 8-Core 2.26 with 6GB Ram GeForce 120 and 640Gb hdd? No tax and free shipping as well. Need an urgent advice.

Thanks, guys. I thought it was pretty good. So, I did order it.
Eventually, planning on upgrading the RAM to 24GB, video to Radeon 5770 and processors to two quads 3.33Ghz. Also, I got 4 2tb Seagate hard drives to RAID-0 it and Intel 2nd gen ssd for system+apps. Hoping for very speedy handbrake encodings

I got it from Macmall. It was one of their 3 closeout Mac Pros. Actually, I placed an order for a different one (2.93 Quad with ATI4870.) But it got sold out within a couple of hours. So, they were very kind to offer me a cheaper price for the Octo core one. That is how I settled on 8-core 2.26. Good luck with your search
