my new iPad Pro 12.9 2020 is expected to arrive next week.
Here are the accessories I put in the Amazon cart. Please tell me what you think, if you see any must-have that is missing or if you have different suggestions.
I would appreciate it very much.

For information, I will not use the iPad for work, nor for drawing or taking notes, I will use it instead for multimedia and video/ photo editing, but only as a tablet, so I don't need keyboards. I will also keep it at home for 95% of the time.

I don't like docks attached to the ipad bezels, other than the fact that they become unusable with a protective cover. OWC has good quality, on this one there is the USB 3.0 (That means 3.1 gen1, I suppose) and the USH-II card reader.
Waiting for someone to produce a dock with the USB 3.2, the 3.5 jack and the HDMI 4K-60.

I like the Anker hub, it's very complete (apart from the USH-II standard), but I prefer the models with the cable.
Maybe I could use an USB-c male to USB-c female extension cable ... who knows if there is a loss of speed.
I have seen the Power banks, beautiful but I only use the iPad at home
