I have a 2010 mini with a 10.7.1 install (build 11B26) and I want to install two blank SSD's (Raid 0) on my new Mini Server and transfer the current installation. Once a get a fresh install on the SSD's via recovery, can I simply clone my current install or will there be issues because I don't have the new Mini / Air build (11A2061) on the clone?

I'm worried that cloning 11B26 to the Mini will be a problem. Any thoughts?

Not positive but you may have a problem as the new Mini has new processors and Thunderbolt and it's associated build of Lion accommodates those changes. What's wrong with putting a fresh install of Lion on your new SSDs and then migrating from your old Mini?
