2010 Mac Mini LB Repair

The logic board on my 2010 seems to have gone belly up. Ruled out RAM and HD failure and it seems to be the LB, which normally boots up fine and runs for a bit before freezing. Subsequent reboots will crash quicker and quicker (thermal issues of some sort?) until it is off for a while (cools down?) and then it takes longer to freeze.

I've seen a few people advertise LB repairs on eBay -- anyone have any experience with someone?

Also is it worth fixing if over $150 or so?
