Selling my 2010 6-Core Mac Pro with updated Apple hardware (Apple's Broadcom WiFi ac + BTLE 4.x card, USB 3, and more). Quick specs below, wondering what it may go for on the market. Thanks for any advice!

Few questions which may affect the price.

1) There is no 2011 Mac Pro, do you mean 2010? Or it's a 2009 flashed 5,1?
2) Is that the stock Apple 5870, or a flashed / PC card?
3) Is that 16GB in 4x4GB config? Or 2x8GB?
4) Is the Wi-Fi card installed in the mini PCIe slot? or it occupy one of the full size slot?
5) Hows the SATA SSD connect to the Mac Pro? Via a PCIe card? Or in the optical bay?
6) Is the Blu-ray replaced the original super drive? Or additional in the 2nd optical bay?
7) Is that a W3680? Or a X5680?
8) Is that the stock Apple ECC RAM? Or 3rd party non-ECC RAM? UDIMM or RDIMM?
9) Which brand and model number of the USB 3.0 card?
10) Are all softwares properly licensed?

I'm sorry, thanks for catching my mistakes. I have 3 Mac Pro's for sale, including a nMac Pro6,1 8-Core. I confused the cMac Pro's.


1. I have a 2010 and 2012 Mac Pro. The 2010 6-Core (Westmere I believe) is the one posted here.

2. Stock Apple ATI 5870 - All Apple genuine parts and components in both cMac Pro's (on that note, I was considering updating to a better GPU if the RoI is worth it. Thoughts?)

3. 16GB 4x4 configuration. As RAM is inexpensive, considering Crucial for 32GB DDR RAM. (8x4 DIMM's, always keep them balanced for these models)

4. Installed in the WiFi slot as it is a genuine Apple Broadcom WiFi ac + BTLE 4.x card (the separate Bluetooth card is empty and cable is redirected to the new WiFi + BTLE card. It's not an aftermarket/hackintosh PCIe card with 4 antennae as some builds use, this is a genuine Apple part used in current Apple hardware)

5. The Mercury EXTREME 6G SATA III card is installed via SATA II using of the 6 SATA connections. SATA II is the fastest either machine can achieve due to board specs yet it reaches top speeds as it's a 6G SSD. I have considered a PCIe card for SATA III drives on a SATA II system, ~$50-60, yet the results didn't seem much better than SATA II due to system restrictions/bottlenecks. Thoughts?

6. The LG Blu-Ray Light-scribe replaced the original Superdrive. I have an extra ODD I could install if I invested in a PCIe SSD SATA III card. Thoughts?

7. Intel 6-Core 3.33GHz Westmere W3680 (nice catch!)

8. 8 GB's RAM (4x4) is original. Additional 8 GB's 4x4GB DIMM PC10600 DDR ECC RAM from Crucial (have all receipts)

USB 3.0 Inateck PCIe rev2.0 4x USB 3.0 slots for Mac Pro, native support in 10.10, 10.11, 10.12; USB 2.0 Allegro PCIe Adapter 4x USB 2.0 for Mac Pro, native support (internal USB used to power Apple WiFi + BTLE 4.x Internal mini-PCIe card allowing USB cable to remain inside computer instead of hanging out and connecting to back)

I'd appreciate any recommendations on whether it's worth the RoI to install a better Apple certified GPU, SATA III PCIe card for the OWC Mercury EXTREME Pro 6G, RAM 16GB -> 32GB upgrade, etc.

Essentially the system has everything the nMac Pro has aside from Thunderbolt and SATA III (although apparently SATA III can be done with a PCIe adapter for the OWC SATA III SSD 246GB). All other drives are WD new/still under warranty SATA II and SATA III drives.
