Hey guys,

So I've recently have gotten a k2000m for my iMac and I'm currently waiting on it to arrive. Can I install Mojave before installing the card? also is there any Kexts I should get to make it run and work. Any flaws other than boot screen and screen backlight not working? and is there any way to fix them ( other than the issue mentioned )?

You can use the hack to install Mojave. No problem. If the GPU doesn't support Metal Graphics, performance will be horrible ... just as I found out when I ran it on my 2010. DosDude warned us this would be so and he wasn't kidding.

Having eSATA on my 2010, I ran it from an external SSD but it behaved identically as if I had mounted the drive internally. It absolutely, completely sucked.

So yes, you can install while waiting for the card but you don't want to do that on a machine you actually use or it's going to be a really long wait.
